PTA... Count me in!

In the 2008-2009 school year the Terraset PTA raised over $43,000 in support of its school which included a Lowe's Grant of $4,300. These funds were distributed as follows:

• After School Programs—Basketball, Mad Science, Tennis, Nature Club, Overtime Athletics, Girls on the Run, Lego Club, Creative Kids, Creative Dance
• Family Events—Spring Carnival, Family Fun Run, Bingo Night, Skate Night
• School Support—Assemblies, Principal's Discretionary Fund, Teacher Mini Grants (including school musical), Field Trips, Math Superstars, GRACE Art, Hospitality, Field Days, After School Programs Scholarship, Sixth Grade Party,
• Operating Expenses—Newsletter, VA PTA Dues, Bank Fees & Returned Checks, Insurance
• Grounds & Gardens
• Carry Over Funds—includes unexpended grant funds

The key to our ongoing success is our membership! With your support and input, we can continue to assist in the provision of quality educational experiences to our children.
