GRACE Art

This unique art enrichment program is jointly presented by the Greater Reston Arts Center and the Terraset PTA. Each month Terraset parent volunteers introduce Terraset students to artists, art concepts and art history with a short presentation and then a project that supports that month's topic.

The volunteers, who do not necessarily have an arts background, are guided by the Terraset team of GRACE docents and supported by a wealth of materials. The students excitedly anticipate GRACE Art time - and enthusiastically share their knowledge of artists and techniques. Often samples of GRACE Art projects are displayed in Reston area businesses.
